AHMED HAMDAN
Chief Executive Officer
Ahmed Hamdan serves as the Chief Executive Officer, bringing over ten years of experience leading impactful projects throughout North America and the MENA regions. With advanced expertise in project management, he has overseen the planning, execution, and evaluation of transformative initiatives that expand education access in conflict-affected communities. Ahmed is adept at leading strategic media campaigns, building cross-sector partnerships, and engaging stakeholders in complex environments. His work includes major youth and women’s empowerment efforts delivered in collaboration with leading international agencies. Ahmed holds a Master’s degree in Conference Interpreting from York University. In addition to his leadership and project management skills, he is also a skilled Arabic-English conference interpreter supporting critical multilingual dialogues and events.




DR. NABILA KESHTY
Vice President, Toronto Academy for Leadership and Languages
Dr. Nabila Keshty is a professor of Constitutional Law and Political Systems and Head of the Public Law Department at the European University of Smart Sciences in Sweden. She also serves as Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law and Political Systems and Advisor to the President at Academia International University in the UK, and supervises graduate examination committees at the University of Elia in Iraq.
As Vice President of the Toronto Academy for Leadership and Languages, she contributes to strategic academic development and international partnerships, with a focus on leadership, governance, and public law. Dr. Keshty is also the General Coordinator of the International Journal of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation, where she supports research and publishing in contemporary governance and institutional development.
